The latest buzz
This is a completely new field for us, but we are happy to be there: Right now it is also possible to enjoy our projects on Android devices!
We made an app for Gizmeo.com (our gadget webzine) and Zockerseele.com (our video game webzine) respectively. These are available here:
Our first two official Android apps on Google Play.
Due to the fact these zines are those with the most visitors this step is quite logical of course.
What we can say for now is that these apps won’t be our last. Android is a completely new way to experience consumer electronics. It is very likely that we will write more apps. And of course these will also be stand alone applications which might not be directly associated with our new media ambitions. There is so much more you can code. If you find the time…
But remember: This is just a starting point. We begin to understand what Android does and so are these first two apps. Don’t expect too much of them, we are not backed by a mega corporation (which has its advantages, btw), so we are not able to pay for hundreds of programmers and stuff. This needs time. And these apps are just several weeks “old”.
In the meantime we hope to enrich your lifes even more. This a whole leap forward. We hope to keep up the pace. See it as a free & open surplus of what we do.
Read you soon,
all the best,

You will also notice that part I to III is available regularly through Amazon now.
The release of the whole hexalogy will take longer as we intended.
Originally we wanted to release all six books and shut down the website cipha.net until the end of june 2013. But as of now we try to release these ebooks until the end of the year.
But this is a good sign: It shows that we have work. 🙂 So nothing to be concerned about. We are an independent publishing house, such things are common. 😉
Happy reading! Looking forward to your feedback!
Kindest regards,

Another year, another project.
Let us introduce you to our brand new website:
In short, it is a weblog about Japanese cars.
I am a huge fan of these forms of engineering since I was a kid, especially when it comes to automobiles from Nippon. So, what I did was to set up a new medium because I thought I could give something back and also gather brand new information about this topic. It is the definitive way I work with texts in the age of the Internet.
The site is still BETA and has no design template yet. This will be done in the next couple of weeks.
So, have a read from time to time! I think this has potential like the stuff I do on Gizmeo.
See you around!
All the best,
the aethyx staff
Today we would like to introduce you to our own eletronic shop:
We are here to realize some projects. Let’s, finally, start with it.
Lots of information about our packages and other useful stuff will be published there. So visit this site frequently if you would like to stay up to date.
Currently we are able to provide the following packages: Starter and Professional.
Ultimate will come soon as the third and most exclusive package, so stay tuned.
If you are 16 or under, we will give you the Starter-package for free. Just send us a copy of your student card, please. It has to be valid, too.
Anyway, we would also like to wish our fans & clients Happy Holidays! It will be a cold Easter, so don’t forget the warm clothes.
All the best,
the aethyx staff
[Update, 04.05.13]
We updated the page.
You will now find all three packages and their appropriate information. If you need something special, just let us know! Hope to hear from you soon.
“Hacking from China!”
…is the new overkill news media buzzword of the yet young year 2013.
EVERYONE ist being hacked: Microsoft, Twitter, Facebook, Apple, EADS, ThyssenKrupp, even your cat!.
And all of these hacks come from China. Of course.
This is ridiculous.
I mean: How do they know it’s not just spoofing to make it look like these hacks originated in the far east?
I think they just don’t have the time or interest anymore to search for the real reasons.
What I know: Most of our visitors speak Chinese. Our stats don’t lie. And I never ever would have imagined to make a project which will be read from there.
So, IMHO, I’m glad that the Chinese are there! I even enjoy their food quite often. I don’t have any problems with them and I think our Western point of view of these people is just full of prejudices. That’s it.
Nothing new here…
